When it comes to time…leadership integrates rather not differentiate…and when it comes to place…its whether around or you are not around….if you’re the leader around…the man with you strives to be a man…and the lady knows she is the lady….and when not around….all asks for you…. Since you are the leader, you subdue your ego and celebrate own pride…an altruistic person who shows own people the way to care for own well beings first…the leader in us inspires with a charismatic twist…has a style that is sometimes shaped by me and you…has the intelligence that flows from one useful concept to another…. definitions that leads to the next one…the leader is not a star that one day will fade… but a nebula that shades….has the knowledge to search…the intuition to predict and the guts to experience….the leader tells own people to love, respect and trust your own but believe in all…the leader is on top of own desk but tries to touch raising ceilings.. ….. when talking business… English is the

Business is just a game…it is about fun….including love and respect…as long as i keep it within the concept of having good time no more no less…. to prove my point, lets assume business is a poker game. The night starts with few players at least two who like each..other wise how will game start… its their game and they need to keep it sustaining..they like each other more because they are enjoying it so much. The players skills improves so they earn more respect to each. Then i arrive as a new player..i am welcomed into the poker game to make it more enjoyable…if am getting better…i will earn more respect… if the game remains fun…everybody will love you…if this keeps on going…you will ultimately lead…otherwise the game will end early in the night…and no body will see each.. If I stop performing well I will lose both love and respect..and the game will not sustain because every body will lose the time they invested…I will be expelled..and the authorities will bail me
