Not too soon...or never....it's capturing good timing....

When negotiating a deal or bargining with tough business people please consider this: 1. Taking the initiative is a good thing....but doing so too soon can increase chances of missing. 2.  Also, maximising the chances by taking the initiative all the time might let me lose all I gained. Having empathy ... Am i included ?

Empathy is the feeling of sorry towards someone's condition and trying your best to understand how he feels about it..in another way: "putting your self in his shoes". if you do not put enough efforts to  understand it then it will remain sympathy  probably for reasons not under your control. on the other hand when you move to accommodate the feeling of person's condition, understating his situation and then take an action towards relieving his pain...your empathy evolves into compassion .... Lets suppose you do not have a job for the last period of six months...When i go ahead and say" This must be hard, i am sorry" then i would have shown sympathy.  However, if i do my best to understand why is it hard...No income ? No Career ? The feeling of emptiness ? feeling undependable ?...many other feelings....And then reflect this feeling towards your situation...then it becomes empathy and i become an empathaitc person to you at this situation you are in.

Start-ups survival....solving cash flow woes...for U.A.E. expatriates...

Cash is king....it's a phrase frequently heard in workplaces. Cash to an organisation is like the blood that runs through the veins of human, without it...soon any business will simply stop, vendors can not be paid endlessly with credit, payrolls might get halted, due bills for utilities will not hold even for short period of time! Startups are at risk of running out of cash if good business deals are not brought into the organisation quickly.  Being a guest within a country that is not my country means that I need to make sure there is a "safety net" that will protect me in the case that my business did not survive enough to start generating further good business due to a cash flow shortage.  Especially that are my plans is to live and prosper within the welcoming country U.A.E.
